Toledo, OH (December 10, 2012) – Arnold's Home Improvement, a 22-year-old home improvement and remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, windows, insulation and gutters, was awarded the 2012 Remodeler of the Year Award at the 67th Annual Home Builders Association Greater Toledo (HBA) Choice Awards.
The Greater Toledo Choice Awards (formerly SAM Awards) are presented to those who set a new standard of excellence in the Greater Toledo-area home building industry.

Greater Toledo Choice Award entries were evaluated by an independent panel of recognized industry experts. The Remodeler of the Year category was judged on remodeling project(s) completed between June 1, 2010 and May 31, 2012, overall marketing effectiveness, sales success and HBA and community involvement.
Award categories include advertising, website design, publications, outdoor design, kitchen, bath, single family home. Grand Award categories include Associate of the Year, Builder of the Year and Remodeler of the Year.
