Challenge
This customer fired their previous contractor who had partially gutted their bathroom. They had done a lousy job up to that point. This was the second bathroom in their house so the contractor was in no hurry. They were going to use the customer's original tub and add new tile surrounds with no warranty.
Solution
We showed the customer an acrylic system and they liked the warranties, and the looks of it better. We offered a complete gut on the project to make it a better remodel. We also replaced the plumbing leaks that the previous contractors tried to fix poorly.
