Challenge
An elderly couple was talked into installing a whirlpool in their bathroom when they first bought their home. This was very impractical for an elderly couple that have trouble getting in and out of the tub. They used the whirlpool three times and were very frustrated with it and wanted it out of their home.
Solution
One of our salesman Mark Diver went out to access the situation, he suggested that they tear out the whirlpool and replace it with a functional vanity. They also wanted the hard wood flooring to replace their old worn out tile.
