Challenge
This customers roof was in bad shape. This was her mom's house before she passed, and they had let the roof and gutters go for way too many years, which caused alot of damage to their home. She didn't realize that her insurance would help her with these costs.
Solution
Our sales representative Tony sat down with the customer and walked them through the claims process. They ended up getting 75% of their roof and damages to their home paid for. Taking the time to listen to your customers needs is the Arnolds way!
