Rick Hacker

Prior to joining the Arnold's Home Improvement team, I have 28 years of estimating experience. 11 years as a sales manager and partner of a small construction company. I have estimated projects ranging from kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, enclosures, basement finishing, decks, doors, windows, siding and roofing.

I have multiple certifications in Roofing; CertainTeed windows; vinyl fencing; composite decking; fiber cement siding; vinyl siding and installation. I am also lead certified.

My day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with customers to go over the project and present them with options and pricing; doing paperwork to coordinate the jobs; phone calls, emails and messages in various forms to communicate installation instructions with crews and follow up phone calls with homeowners to make sure that everything is going the way they wish.

The best part about my job is seeing the completed project. People love their homes and they get a certain level of joy from a project that is completed with pride.

My hobbies include light reading. The occasional walk with the dog. We really enjoy our home on Middle Bass Island. Time with family and friends.  And I certainly love the combination of sports and the kitchen!
