Sales Process
I thought I had a problem with the flashing on a job fro 10 years ago. Walter was great in gathering the warranty information, inspecting the problem, and working with Jeremy to schedule.
Our Installation Crew
David determined that the flashing had been fine, but worked on the chimney itself to stop the problem. He was professional, pleasant, and helpful beyond what the warranty would have called for.
