I would like to thank Arnold's Home Improvement for not forgetting about us little guys when your company has grown. I received several phone calls from the Operations Manager, Brandi, for scheduling and walking through the process. Stevie is a great asset to Arnold's. He was very professional and his workmanship is amazing. He took the time to explain what he did and we are very grateful we chose Arnold's. We received 3 other estimates and will be calling Arnold's for all of our future home improvement needs.

I am very pleased with the entire experience. From the initial visit for an estimate to the follow up after the work was completed their whole team was easy to work with and very helpful and the work was top notch quality. Brandi Cowell, the Operations Manager, was very professional and made the entire process easy and seamless. She kept me updated on the required reschedules that were due to weather and was a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend Arnold's highly enough. They certainly have all of my future home improvement business.

I Love my new Deck. It is Beautiful! Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to please us. Everything was cleaned up to perfection. They even introduced my Golden Retriever to the new Deck. She loved it too. Arnolds is the best!

Our home was badly damaged by a hail storm in 2012.  Arnolds was contacted to look at the property and provide an estimate of the damage.  One of the owners of the company, Jason Arnold, worked with us and our insurance company to assess the damage and provided a plan to fix our home.  Jason met with us and detailed his plan to fix the house, giving several recommendations as to shingle and siding types and styles.  He knows the products.  The project included two new skylights, siding and roofing the entire house, a complete tear off of the roof,  as well as having gutters installed.   Jason gave  a time frame to fix the house and they were able to stick by it.  The weather cooperated and the job was done quickly with limited interruption of our lives.  The crew was professional and friendly and went out of their way to be sure the yard was cleaned up. This was very important as we  just had a new puppy added to the family as well as having three very active kids.   Jason personally visited us while the construction was occurring to see how it was going and if we had any issues. He also did an inspection at the end of the job.  The roof and siding look great and we have received many compliments about our home.

Quite happy with Arnold's Home Improvement. Will definitely use them again, as well as recommend to any that needs work. July 18th, 2015 was the date I spoke with them. Very thorough overview and explanation Explained repair would be scheduled. Explained the entire process for billing and insurance. Happy. Clean roof and clean yard. No complaints from myself or the neighbors!

My wife and I shopped around and decided that Arnold's Home Improvement would be the cheapest around to install a new bathroom walk in shower. The work Arnold's did was all good, we liked it immensely and will use Arnold's again if we ever need work to be done.

Rick was knowledgeable about the products we were interested in, the estimate was provided right on the spot, he agreed to adhere to our time schedule and we couldn't think of any areas where Rick or Arnold's Home Improvement would need to improve.

I'm very happy with the work that was done. The man who came out to do the work was very neat and nice. I would recommend Arnolds Home Improvement to anybody. Note from Surveyor: Laura requested not to take the survey, but did mention the above comments about her satisfaction with the work done.

I had a roof replaced plus new siding and gutters, etc. Arnolds crews did an excellent job on all counts. Roof was off and replaced in a day. The crew was efficient and fast. Looks wonderful. Took a little longer for the siding but the crew was meticulous in everything they did. I was very pleased with the over all job.

When they finished the job it looked awesome. I thought they did a really nice job.
