Challenge
The challenge with this job was that this home was looking old and was not properly protected. As a result, the wood beneath the siding had significant damage. We knew that we had to start from scratch and replace all of the damaged materials.
Solution
Our crew removed a large portion of the wood beneath the siding to ensure any of the wood that was affected by the elements would not be an issue moving forward. We then put down a moisture barrier that the previous contractor never installed. This small step is hugely important for the protection and integrity of your home.
