We removed their rotted and out dated wooden windows and replaced them with beautiful brand new Polaris vinyl windows. Not only did the new windows add curb appeal to the home, they saved the homeowners money by eliminating the awful draft that entered their home. Here is their experience... The service provided by Arnold's Home Improvement was excellent.  They arrived when they stated they would and completed the job in a timely manner.  The installers were punctual and considerate and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction before they left.  All the old windows were removed and everything was cleaned up when they left.

I used them in 2012 to replace some windows and the sliding door onto my rear deck. Then in 2013 I used them to replaced floor to ceiling windows on either side of my front door. Total window height is about 10 feet. I also replaced the last sliding picture window in the house. Both times the work was done quickly and professionally. Both times I have received follow up calls to check on my satisfaction with their work and to make sure that all was well. In 2014, I called them about a potential problem with my sliding deck door. A technician looked over the door, explained that what I thought was a problem was actually a matter of adjustment, and then made the adjustment while showing me how to do it, should the need arise in the future. I was not charged for this service call. I have already received a call from them this month to see if I need any service on the products they have installed and to see if I potentially have any projects lined up for this summer. Needless to say, I would use them again in a heart beat.

Arnold's Home Improvement just installed 13 brand new Polaris windows in my home. From the very beginning the Operations Manager ****** ****** was amazing. She kept me updated every step of the way. Her customer service, knowledge of install and knowing how amazing her crew was she out to install my windows lead me to do a customer satisfaction picture. She gave me my warranty for my windows and door immediately after they were installed. It was just an overall wonderful experience. The project manager ***** **** was also very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Arnold's to anyone.
