This was my second time using Arnold's. It was an easy choice after the way we were treated the first time. The second job of a really difficult bathroom remodel could not have been better! They sent in a really good crew and they out did themselves. We will not hesitate to use Arnold's again!

The sales rep, Corey Keller, was one of the sweetest people we have ever met. He truly cared for our situation and gave reasonable pricing. The operations manager, Brandi, was constantly communicating with us as well as the USDA to make sure if we were taken care of. She would even answer her phone at night. The installers were there until the job was finished. We thank your company for truly caring about our family and would recommend the entire experience to anyone! Thank you.

Provided excellent siding project. I especially like the way they enclosed the outside outlets! 

I had a roof replaced plus new siding and gutters, etc. Arnolds crews did an excellent job on all counts. Roof was off and replaced in a day. The crew was efficient and fast. Looks wonderful. Took a little longer for the siding but the crew was meticulous in everything they did. I was very pleased with the over all job.

We had the bathtub/shower, vanity and toilet replaced in one bathroom and the shower and toilet replaced in the 2nd bathroom, along with a heat lamp put in the ceiling. They started on a Monday and finished on Wednesday. They worked without stopping until 6 pm every day and always cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant and hard working. We have not had a positive experience with contactors, so I was pleasantly surprised and quite happy with the results.

Brian finished our bathroom remodeling job last Friday, he and his crew did an excellent job! They were polite and professional with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. It is really high quality work. Ron was also great letting us know that our tile wasn't the best quality for the installation. He helped us to quickly get better tile and coordinate the delay on our project with another job. He definitely made the right call and we are grateful for the expertise.  

I would like to thank Arnold's Home Improvement for not forgetting about us little guys when your company has grown. I received several phone calls from the Operations Manager, Brandi, for scheduling and walking through the process. Stevie is a great asset to Arnold's. He was very professional and his workmanship is amazing. He took the time to explain what he did and we are very grateful we chose Arnold's. We received 3 other estimates and will be calling Arnold's for all of our future home improvement needs.

From Nicole who set my appointment, to John who helped me figure out what products were best for my needs. I am very pleased with the entire experience. From the initial visit for an estimate to the follow up after the work was completed their whole team was easy to work with and very helpful and the work was top notch quality. Brandi Cowell, the Operations Manager, was very professional and made the entire process easy and seamless. Arnold's Home Improvement installed a roof on my home as well as my garage. They were very professional and they completed the work in a timely manner. I was very happy with their work and I will call them again for additional work.

After the "micro burst" we needed a new roof.  I live in a six unit condominium.  We chose Arnold's from Angie's List.  The gentleman who came to our meeting was very informative and answered all our questions. After comparing prices, we decided to go with his company.  We were told it would take approx. a week, and with 2 rain delays, it was completed in a timely manner.  When the crew arrived each morning, they went right to work.  Everyone was very polite and considerate of our daily needs. We had a double tear off on the roof, so a lot of material was removed each day.  When the crew left each day, the entire area was very clean.  You wouldn't have thought anyone was working there.  They found a few minor problem  with gutters and replaced them free of charge.  They also painted areas after the roof was put on.  We all agreed that this was one of the best experiences we have had with a crew.  We couldn't be more pleased with their work.

I received excellent service from my salesman Don, the project manager, and contractors. They all made sure that I understood the products offered and answered all my questions. The installation of windows and siding are perfect. The contractors arrived on time and worked hard all day. I'm very happy with the finished product.
